Bumble Bee Baby Shower

Okay, so I had been talking for months about the baby show for one of my best girls. Here are all the dets...I would just like to thank anyone and EVERYONE that has ever done a blog post about a baby shower for all of your wonderful ideas! I think I was on just about all of them. I hope you all enjoy checking out this shower.
This is how we roll...BaBee Style
Evolution of the invitation:
The Prototype
All hand cut! Can you see the sweet little bee on the tie. OMGosh, I must admit I did a fab job on these invites! TOOT TOOT! Yep, there goes my horn again.
These invites were like wedding invitations with a cover, vellum, invitation, and back cover; all attached with 2 bows (silver & black with white polk-a-dots)

The back side of the envelopes! ADORABLE!!

Here are the gifts I made for mama and baby to be...
Retro Onesies:
Masters of the Universe
Star Wars,
IPood, not so retro but funny!
Batman,
HULK SMASH,
Superman,
AND Thundercats. PLUS,
I had to throw in some FROGGYNESS TOO.

Another girlfriend did the food for the shower but she made everything match the invites.
Didn't she do an amazing job?!?!:

She also made a couple of balloon sculptures here is one on the table with Onesies to Decorate.
A sunflower.
Balloon Binky.

And NOW here are all the decorations I made for the shower (this was a family project though):
Beehive diaper cake
Yep, you read that correctly, DIAPER CAKE.
Onesie Garland

With custom bee and sunflower clothes pins.

My wonky attempt at a traditional diaper cake.
Looks like it is getting ready to have a blow out on the right side.
It really is hard to get over 200 diapers to do what you want them to.
Tissue Poofs, My bestie helped make these. She did fab!
Diaper Wreath

We added some more poofs to the kitchen and check this out...
They totally match her regular decor. How awesome is that?
Welp, I believe that is it. I feel like I did a lot more but I guess not!
So much fun to throw this shower! I am totally jealous of party planners now! What a wonderful and awesome job that would be!!
Check back tomorrow for more MAMA MADNESS!
HUGS~
Jenni
